Separate the duck egg whites from the yolks.\u00a0 Cut the whites into small pieces and yolks in half.<\/p>\n<p>2. Cracked the eggs onto the minced pork.\u00a0 Stir and mix well.\u00a0 Add all the seasonings and salted egg whites and mix well again.\u00a0 Arrange the salted egg yolks on top.<\/p>\n<p>3. Cook it on a steamer on high heat for 25 minutes or until cooked through.<\/p>\n<p>4.
