Menu of the Week – 13/11/2011

 

My work is sticking me in a hotel for a night so I won’t get the chance to cook anything on Monday or Tuesday.  But for the rest of the week I’ll be cooking a nice juicy steak that I bought from the local farm shop and doing a pulled pork dish – but minus the BBQ and buns!  I’ll also have to think of something to do at the weekend.
