This week I’ll be trying out a few dishes based on recipes from the new cookbook I recently bought “How to cook like a Top Chef”.
My wife (Phoebe) will be cooking on Wednesday and Thursday this week so those are her dishes. If you have a particular interest in any of the dishes this week, leave a comment and I will try to cover it!
